Your own software. Actually yours.
When the product you need is a business of its own, Origin builds it as a standalone SaaS in your cloud, on your Stripe, in your codebase. Your accounts from day one, and the code yours at final payment.
from $20,000
Every build starts with the working spine: accounts and roles, dashboards, your core records, Stripe billing, an admin panel, notifications, and deployment, with your first module built to your spec on top. Every module after that is scoped and quoted before any code is written. The Origin OS is one of the modules, not a bundle you have to take.
Owned by you, and yours to sell
Built inside your own cloud, Stripe, and domain. The code transfers with final payment, and you can sell what you built. The spine underneath, and the Origin OS module if you add it, stay Origin’s, licensed to your app for good.
Milestone billing
A third to begin, a third at the midpoint demo, a third at launch. No hourly meter running in the background.
Warranty, then a care plan
Defects are free for 30 days after launch. From day 31, an optional care plan led by response time starts at $750/mo and covers monitoring, updates, fixes, and small changes.
Costs stay visible
Per-use costs like AI, SMS, email, and payment fees pass through at cost. They are never marked up inside a flat price.
Custom features, priced before they are built.
The platform’s modules already cover pages, funnels, and automations. Anything built just for you is quoted from this ladder before a line of code is written.
Scoping sprint
$750
A working spec and a fixed quote. Credited into the build when it proceeds within 30 days.
Small
$1,500
A focused tool or page: a calculator, a branded landing page, a single clean workflow.
Medium
$3,500
An interactive tool or workflow with reporting: something members or your team come back to.
Large
$7,500
AI-assisted or external-data features, built with cost controls so usage never runs away.
Program
$12,500+
Multi-feature builds, billed by milestone with a roadmap you approve.
Shared-roadmap work stays at ladder price, Origin keeps the feature maintained free forever, and every tenant benefits. Exclusive-to-you work adds 50% and carries its own maintenance. Terms are half up front, half at delivery, with 30 days of fixes included.
The fine print, in large print.
For the services
Every service page prints its scope. Anything past it is priced in writing before the work starts, never billed after.
Founding rates on the Operating Partner hold for your first six months, then the standard rate starts. They close for new clients at our third Operating Partner client or on December 31, 2026.
Discovery is $500 flat and credited in full toward anything you start within 30 days.
Builds are paid in parts as the work lands: half and half for a site or a brand, thirds for software.
Your data and the work customized for your business stay yours, as the Terms set out.
For the platform and community
Annual is 12 months for the price of 10, on every platform and community plan and add-on.
Today, new workspaces onboard with Origin directly. Self-serve signup with a 14-day card trial comes later.
Your subscription starts the day your workspace goes live, never while Origin is still setting it up.
Own your data. Download everything in your workspace, anytime, on every platform plan.
Price changes apply to new checkouts only. A live subscription is never repriced under you.
Anything with per-use cost is metered in the open, never hidden in a flat price.
Member payments go to you, less your tier's platform fee and standard card processing. Your member list and your relationships are never Origin's.
Straight answers.
The questions buyers actually ask, answered the way we answer them on a call. Anything else, book a short one.
Book a callWhere do I start? +
With the free Origin Diagnostic: 27 questions and your score across the five pillars. If you want a plan built on your real numbers, Discovery is $500 flat, one to two weeks, and credited in full toward anything you start within 30 days.
What if we need more than we bought? +
Every service page prints its scope. Anything past it is priced in writing before the work starts: it takes the next open slot, runs alongside as a Sprint, or moves you up a level. Nothing is billed after the fact.
Do founding rates end? +
On the services, yes, on terms you see at signing: the Operating Partner holds the founding rate for your first six months, then the standard rate starts, and founding rates close for new clients at our third Operating Partner client or on December 31, 2026. On the platform and community, a founding rate holds as long as the subscription stays continuous.
How is the platform priced? +
Build your own plan: the operating system plus the modules you run. One person who edits is the solo plan, from $49 a month. Teams are priced for up to 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 people who edit, from $149 a month for up to 5. Everyone who signs in to work counts, technicians and trainees included. Viewers are free, any number. Above 100 editors, the price is set with you. Annual is 10 months, two free. The plan finder on the Platform page shows the price for your exact team.
Who counts as an editor? +
Everyone who signs in to work: owners, managers, office staff, every real estate agent, and technicians or new hires who sign in to train. Only Viewers are free. The price follows the number of editors as people join and leave.
Do Viewers cost anything? +
No. Viewers log in free, any number, on every plan. A Viewer can see your numbers and documents and edits nothing. Everyone else who signs in to work counts toward your plan, technicians and trainees included.
How do I get started? Is there a trial? +
Start with the free diagnostic. Access today is founding and invitation-first: Origin onboards your workspace directly, and billing starts the day you go live. When self-serve signup opens, every plan will start with a 14-day trial, card on file.
What does hosting a community cost past 100 members? +
The tier includes 100 members. From 101 to 250 the room adds $100/mo, from 251 to 500 it adds $250/mo, and past 500 we agree one flat all-in rate. It is one subscription price, adjusted automatically at the boundaries.
What is the platform fee on member payments? +
When your members pay for things inside your room, the platform keeps a small percentage: 2% on Team, 1% on White Label, 0.5% on Enterprise, collected automatically through Stripe alongside standard card processing. Your own hosting subscription never carries a fee on top.
How do the AI Employees and Origin Studio add-ons work? +
AI Employees and Origin Studio are optional add-ons, priced per workspace in three tiers: Standard $49/mo with $20 of usage included, Plus $99/mo with $50 of usage included, and Max $199/mo with $120 of usage included. Past what a tier includes, usage is billed at 3x its raw cost, and you can set your own monthly limit. Switch tiers any time, prorated, and usage resets on your billing date each month.
Can Origin build custom pages, tools, or features for us? +
Yes, two ways. Features on the platform are priced from the public block ladder before any code is written: a $750 scoping sprint that credits into the build, then Small $1,500, Medium $3,500, Large $7,500, or a milestone-billed Program from $12,500. A standalone product of your own is a Custom Software build: it starts at $20,000 for the working spine and your first module, every later module is quoted before it is built, and it is built in your own accounts, with the code yours at final payment.
What happens to my rate when prices change? +
Nothing. Price changes apply to new checkouts and plan changes you choose, and a live subscription is never silently repriced. On the platform and community, a founding rate holds as long as the subscription stays continuous; service founding rates hold for your first six months, as each service page says.
Why publish the whole rate card? +
Because pricing behind a sales call is a tax on your time. The numbers are the numbers; a call with us is for judging fit and sequencing, not for discovering what things cost.
Before any of these numbers matter, get your score.
About five minutes, 27 questions. You will know exactly where your operation stands and which price on this page is the one to care about.
