These terms govern your use of joinoriginos.com and, when they launch, Origin OS digital products, memberships, and services offered by Origin Consulting Co. LLC ("Origin"). By using the site you agree to them.

The site and pre-launch status

Product and service listings currently operate in waitlist mode: joining a waitlist creates no purchase obligation on you and no delivery obligation on us. Prices shown are planned launch pricing and may change before launch. Waitlist members will be notified before anything is charged, ever.

The Origin Diagnostic

The Diagnostic is a free self-assessment provided for informational purposes. Scores reflect your answers run through our scoring methodology; they are a starting point for operational thinking, not professional advice (see the Disclaimer).

Intellectual property

The Origin OS™ methodology, The Purpose™, The People™, The Process™, The Rhythm™, The Scoreboard™, the Origin Diagnostic™, and all site content, frameworks, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Origin Consulting Co. LLC. Purchasing a product or engagement grants you a license to use the materials inside your own business. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit redistribution, resale, publication, or use of the materials to build competing products or services. Client engagements: you own your data and your customized outputs; Origin retains all rights to the underlying SOP structures, frameworks, templates, and automation architectures.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false information, no using our forms to spam. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin's total liability arising from your use of the site or pre-launch materials is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
