30 days after the handover we measure the same number again, next to where it started. If our work is why it slipped, we fix it free.

A note from Zack

Every owner has a list they never get to.

Every owner I've met has a list they know would fix their business. They never get to it, because they're too busy running the business. Origin is the people who get to it.

I spent years as the second in command inside growing companies. I was the one who took the owner's list and made it real. Now we do that from the outside.

Why one thing at a time

Your business moves as fast as its narrowest point.

An example business
Attract

In most owner-led companies, the narrowest point is the owner's desk. We find it and widen it, so more gets through with the same people and the same hours.
