Privacy Policy

Origin Consulting Co. LLC ("Origin," "we," "us") operates joinoriginos.com and the Origin OS platform at myoriginos.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you join a waitlist, take the Origin Diagnostic, or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, email address, and, for the Diagnostic, your answers and computed scores. We use this to deliver what you asked for (your score, launch access, a reply) and to send relevant follow-up you can opt out of at any time.

First-party analytics: no cookies, no third parties. We measure site usage with our own analytics, not Google Analytics or any advertising tracker. We record pages viewed, referring site, UTM parameters, device class (mobile/tablet/desktop), browser family, country, and anonymous random identifiers stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not sell or share data with ad networks, and we honor your browser's Do Not Track setting by disabling analytics entirely.

IP addresses. Raw IP addresses are never stored. For abuse prevention we keep a salted, one-way hash that cannot be reversed into your address.

Bot protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use information

• To deliver Diagnostic results and waitlist/launch communications you requested
• To respond when you contact us
• To understand aggregate site performance (which pages, which sources, which devices)
• To prevent spam and abuse

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information, and never have
• We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers
• We do not run third-party ad or social pixels on this site

Retention

Analytics events are automatically deleted after roughly 13 months. Contact, waitlist, and Diagnostic records are kept while relevant to our relationship; email us to have yours deleted.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@originconsultingco.com. Clearing your browser's site data removes the anonymous analytics identifiers.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting (Vercel, Railway), storage and security (Cloudflare), and email delivery. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Children

Our services are for business operators and are not directed to anyone under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page when the policy changes and adjust the date above. Material changes to how we handle existing data will be announced by email where we have one for you.
