The operating system, as actual software.
Every playbook, ownership map, scoreboard, cadence, and diagnostic, running live in one portal your whole team logs into. The Origin OS Platform is the methodology with a motor: myoriginos.com.
What ships in the box
The five pillars, powered on.
01 · The Purpose
Your vision, org design, and role clarity, live
Not a doc in a drive. The Purpose as a working surface your whole team logs into: seats, scorecards, and the destination, always current.
02 · The People
Ownership you can see
The Ownership Map with every seat and outcome, People Fit and 3C Checks on a cadence, and the Gap Finder turning unowned work into one-click actions.
03 · The Process
Playbooks that execute, not just document
SOPs with owners, checklists that track completion, onboarding sequences that run themselves. The Process pillar with a motor in it.
04 · The Rhythm
Meetings with memory
The Weekly agendas, issue lists, 1:1s, and quarterly planning, connected, so this week’s meeting knows what last week decided.
05 · The Scoreboard
The numbers, owned and honest
KPI dashboards with named owners, pacing views, commission and pipeline tracking. Open one screen; know the month.
+ The Diagnostic
Your Origin Score, tracked over time
The Diagnostic runs inside the platform quarterly: the same 1 to 5 score and state labels, graphed as the systems come online.
+ White label
Your brand on the door
For teams and organizations: the platform carries your name, your colors, your domain. Your people log into YOUR operating system.
Built in the open
We’re building it inside a real brokerage. You can watch.
The Platform isn’t a spec. It’s running operations for real teams today while we harden it for launch. Inside-the-Build posts in The Operating Manual document what shipped, what broke, and what we changed. That’s the proof-of-work standard: if we won’t show you the build, don’t buy the product.

FAQ
Questions operators actually ask
What exactly is the Origin OS Platform?
The five-pillar methodology as working software: playbooks, ownership maps, scoreboards, meeting cadences, CRM-adjacent pipelines, and the Diagnostic, running live in one portal (myoriginos.com) your whole team logs into, instead of scattered across six tools.
How is this different from ClickUp or Notion?
ClickUp and Notion are brilliant blank canvases: you still have to design the operating system that goes on them (that’s literally what our playbooks do). The Platform ships with the OS already built in: the ownership map, the meeting rhythm, the scoreboards, the diagnostics. Canvas vs. operating system.
When does it launch, and what does founding access get me?
It’s in active build now; we publish progress in The Operating Manual. Founding waitlist members get first access, direct input on the roadmap, and founding pricing locked before public rates are set.
What does it cost?
Public pricing hasn’t been set. Founding members will see it first and lock the founding rate. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and obligates nothing.
Can I run my whole team on it?
That’s the point. It’s multi-tenant and white-label from the ground up: your team logs into your branded portal, with roles and permissions built for founder-led service teams.
