Where it was stuck
A guidebook for one property took a couple of months. Every week, each cleaner’s invoices were checked against the bookings, typed into a spreadsheet, and pasted into the bank.
What changed
A guidebook for every property, made from the property’s own details, with a QR code that never needs replacing. Each pay week now opens already filled in from the bookings: about 900 cleaning jobs this year in one ledger, which is also each cleaner’s year-end record.
