Book a walk-through
How We Work

What working with us feels like.

We're the right hand most owners never had. Below is every step of working together, from the first call to the handover. Each one shows the real screen you'll use with us, and most of them you can try for yourself.

Working together, start to finish
1The first call

We start by listening.

“Is this going to be a sales pitch?”

Book a free 30-minute call right here: pick a day, pick a time, and tell us a little about the business. There's no pitch, and no price unless you ask for one. We want to hear how the business runs today and what you would like it to do. Before we hang up, we book a time to come back and walk you through what we found.

  • A free 30-minute call, booked right on our site
  • No pitch, and no price unless you ask
  • A second call to walk you through what we found, usually within two business days

The same booking you'll use on our site

2Your proposal

One page, written for your business.

“What am I paying for, and when?”

After we walk you through what we found, we send a one-page proposal. It opens with our first priority, says how we'll measure it, and lays out every way to work with us side by side, with your investment and when each payment is due. Ask about anything before you approve it.

  • Our first priority, in your words
  • The number we'll measure, where it is today and where it should be
  • Every way to work with us side by side, with what changes
  • Your investment and every payment date, before you sign

2Your agreement

Your agreement, one step at a time.

“What am I agreeing to, and what happens next?”

Your agreement takes you to each place that needs you, in order, so nothing gets missed. Adopt your signature once and it goes everywhere it's needed. The moment it's signed, you'll know exactly what comes next: your first invoice, then your invitation to your own workspace, where your welcome questions are waiting.

  • A guided agreement: adopt your signature once and it goes everywhere it's needed
  • A signed copy, kept in your workspace
  • Clear next steps the moment you sign

3Getting to know your business

We learn how it runs before we change it.

“Will they understand how my business works?”

Your welcome questions come one per screen: what would break if you stepped away, which parts you want fixed first and which to leave alone, and where you want the business to be in a year. Zack reads every answer before your kickoff call, so the first hour together is spent on your business, not on paperwork.

  • One question per screen, at your own pace
  • Tap to answer, so you never have to write an essay
  • It saves as you go, so you can pause and come back
  • Your kickoff call, booked at the end

4Building together

Decisions in writing.

“How do decisions get made, and what if I don't like it?”

Each build arrives in your workspace as its own review: a note from Zack, two ways it could work side by side, then every part of the one you choose. Approve a part, take one from the other version, or send it back with a note. Along the bottom, your week and your time with us add up as you go. When every part has an answer, you send it back, and it becomes the record of the build.

  • Two versions side by side, so you react rather than imagine
  • Every part approved, swapped or sent back, one at a time
  • About an hour a week of your time, shown as you go
  • Most builds use automation and AI to do the repeating work your team does by hand today

5Your investment

What you've paid, and what it bought.

“Where is my money going, and is it working?”

Your workspace keeps every invoice, every build and the time you've spent with us in one place, with what we planned next to what has happened, month by month. Pay an invoice in one tap. Anything added to the plan is written down and signed before it starts.

  • Planned versus paid, month by month
  • Invoices, builds and your time with us, each with its own page
  • Anything added to the plan, signed before it starts
  • Pay in one tap, by card or bank transfer

6Your timeline

Always know where it stands.

“When will it be working, and what's holding it up?”

Every step sits on one calendar, with a line for today: the kickoff, measuring, building, the handover and the check 30 days later. Open a step to see its dates, and ask about any of them. Anything waiting on you sits at the top, in gold, because gold always means it's your turn. A short written update arrives every week.

  • Every step on one calendar
  • A date for every step, and a way to ask about each
  • Your next steps, always at the top
  • A written update, every week

7Handover & keeping it

Handed over, measured, and kept.

“What happens after you hand it over?”

We train the person on your team who will own it, and leave everything written down. Thirty days later we measure the number again, together, against where it started. Then you choose who keeps it going: your team, your team with us, or us alongside your leaders. Then we take the next priority.

  • A training session with the person who will own it
  • How it's done, written down and kept in your workspace
  • The number, measured 30 days after handover
  • Your numbers, every Monday, so you see it the week it starts to slide
