An org chart shows reporting lines. The Ownership Map shows outcomes: who owns what result, where the single points of failure are, and how much still routes through the founder. It is the difference between a diagram and a diagnostic.
What format do the playbooks come in?
Installable templates and documents: ClickUp/Notion-ready structures, video walkthroughs, checklists, and SOP documents you can drop into your existing stack. Not a course. The artifact itself.
