Module 02 · The People · $147

You don’t have a people problem. You have an ownership problem.

The People & Ownership OS makes ownership visible and holds it: the Ownership Map, People Fit and the 3C Check, hiring playbooks, and the Gap Finder that flags unowned work before it costs you.

Sound familiar?

Every escalation ends at you, work gets done by whoever is closest, and nobody can say who actually owns what outcome.

What you get (and what it costs to build)

  • The Ownership Map builder: every seat, its owner, and the outcome it owns, with Founder Load surfaced ~$1,400
  • People Fit scorecards: each person checked against your core values ~$700
  • The 3C Check framework: Clarity, Conviction, Capability, with the coach/redefine/transition routing ~$800
  • Hiring playbook: scorecard-first job design, values-based interviewing, onboarding handoff ~$1,100
  • The Gap Finder worksheet: unowned work, missing backups, overloaded owners, turned into actions ~$650
  • Performance management and exit frameworks ~$750

Operator build time: $5,400

$147

Roughly $5,400 of operator build time. The module: $147. Priced like the machinery it is, not the org chart it replaces.

What Tuesday looks like after

Every function has one name on it, every person has passed a fair check for their seat, and the gaps show up on a map instead of in your inbox.

This module installs The People, pillar 02 of the Origin OS. Ongoing updates to it live in The Origin Vault.

FAQ

Questions operators actually ask

How is the Ownership Map different from an org chart?

An org chart shows reporting lines. The Ownership Map shows outcomes: who owns what result, where the single points of failure are, and how much still routes through the founder. It is the difference between a diagram and a diagnostic.

What format do the playbooks come in?

Installable templates and documents: ClickUp/Notion-ready structures, video walkthroughs, checklists, and SOP documents you can drop into your existing stack. Not a course. The artifact itself.

Is this a course?

No. Courses teach; this installs. You get the actual operating documents and templates we use inside a 78-agent brokerage, customized to your team in hours rather than weeks of video modules.

When does it launch?

The launch library is in final production now. Join the waitlist and you will get first access. Waitlist members see everything before it opens publicly.

Is this actually your weakest system?

Take the free Diagnostic first, it names the pillar that's capping you, so you buy the right fix.
