Why this exists
Most business content gives the answer on slide one.
"5 ways to grow your team" tells you the whole post in the headline, so there is nothing left to swipe for. People save it, maybe, and move on.
An open loop does the opposite. It opens a question early and holds the answer back until it has earned it. That is why you swiped through sixteen slides that said almost nothing. This playbook shows you how that post was built, so you can build yours the same way, with an answer worth the wait.
Who built this
Written up from the carousel you just swiped.
I am Zack, a fractional COO. I build the operating systems behind founder-led service businesses, and I treat content like any other system: one repeatable structure, written down once. The open loop is the one every Origin post now runs on.

What is inside
The idea, the shape, and the loops to use.
Six pages: read it once, then keep the worksheet next to you when you write.
-
The idea
Why an unanswered question keeps people swiping, and where it goes wrong.
Try it"Open a question early, hold it, close it with something worth the wait."
-
The anatomy
Sixteen slides, seven beats, and what each one does to the reader.
Try it"Hook, escalation, flat beat, peak, surrender, close, ask."
-
Five loops
The dare, the unfinished story, the numbered reveal, the question they cannot answer, and the after first.
Try it"Your team has an SOP for everything. So why do they still ask you?"
-
The rules
Seven rules that keep a loop honest, starting with the one that matters most.
Try it"Close every loop you open."
-
The worksheet
Map your next carousel slide by slide before you write a word.
Try it"The question slide one opens is: ___."
Six pages. Ten minutes to read. One loop to use in your next post.

Before you download
Is this just clickbait with extra steps?
No, and the first rule in the playbook is why: close every loop you open. A loop is a promise. If the payoff is not worth the wait, it is not a post.
Does it only work for carousels?
Carousels are where it is easiest to see, because the swipe is the answer. The same structure works in a reel, a caption, an email subject line or a video intro, and the playbook shows the shape you carry across.
Is it really free?
Yes. It is free for your own business use. Please do not resell or repackage it.
